Christian M. Ingerslev
CEO of Maersk Tankers
As the CEO of one of the leading tanker companies in the world, generating an annual revenue of USD 877m (2016), Christian’s key priority is leading the business strategy and the safe operations of Maersk Tankers, enabling customers and partners’ businesses while generating income for the company.
Christian has been a key player in the strategic development of Maersk Tankers’ digital platform, making the company an industry front runner on digitisation.
He has a wealth of industry experience, having held various leadership positions in his 16 years with Maersk Tankers. Before taking up the reins as CEO, he served as Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Business Development, responsible for the customer portfolio, trading activities, portfolio strategy and sale, purchase and building of new vessels.
He is active in the Oil Companies International Marine Forum (OCIMF), aimed at raising industry standards and promoting safe and environmentally responsible practices within the tanker industry.
Christian holds an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School.
Stine Kalmer Jørgensen
Head of Design & UX at Nykredit
With her team of service and digital designers Stine is working towards delivering the most efficient, engaging and innovative experience to users whilst ensuring that the key product objectives are met in one of Denmark’s leading financial services providers, Nykredit.
Stine has been working with data driven projects in many sectors since 1999 and holds a BSc (Econ) from the University of Copenhagen, an MA (Econ) from the University of Birmingham and a MSc in IT specializing in e-commerce from the IT University of Copenhagen

Senior leader with an international profile and diverse experience from Corporate, Management Consulting, Investment and Start-up.
Since joining Palantir in 2011 he has worked on problems across many industries, including banking, insurance, oil & gas, and manufacturing. Currently, he is focused on applications of machine learning to time-series analysis and making real-world industrial optimization problems tractable.
Chief Operating Officer of CargoMetrics Technologies LLC
Jes Scully is the Chief Operating Officer of CargoMetrics Technologies LLC, a quantitative hedge fund that builds systematic trading models based on its unique maritime trade data and other macroeconomic fundamentals. The CargoMetrics platform incorporates advances in data science, scalable computing and real-world sensors. Jes was previously the Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer of Interactive Supercomputing, Inc., which was acquired by Microsoft in September of 2009. Jes also held management roles in finance and operations at NetSilicon, Inc., which completed an IPO in 1999 and was sold to Digi International in 2002. Jes started his career at Deloitte & Touche LLP where he worked in their Boston, MA and San Jose, CA offices. A member of the AICPA, Jes has nearly 25 years of experience in the technology and financial services industries. Jes earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Boston University.

Troels Hanche Støvring
Troels is 32years old, Danish and living in the Hague. He is CEO of the Maersk Start-up Twill with the vision of making shipping simple thru digitisation. Troels holds a master in International Economic Consulting (2010) from Aarhus University – a degree with focus on applying econometrics and Cost/Benefit Analysis on larger scale problems/challenges. After graduation Troels spent a few years as management consultant before joining Maersk Tankers in Copenhagen in Business Development. In 2014 Troels moved to the Netherlands to join Damco as a project manager, starting and leading several global projects. After having tried quite a few projects Troels was looking to start something more permanent and see it grow. In August 2016 he started Twill as true start-up (within Damco) with focus on customer centricity and agile development.
